What is Edvium and how can it help my company?
Edvium is the tool schools use to organise their trips. With your profile you appear in the catalogue they browse while planning, you get your own page on edvium.com, and schools can write to you and request a quote from there.
What does the free plan include, and for how long?
Forever: your public page, the catalogue with photos, services and hours, requests, quotes and messages with schools, teacher reviews and your dashboard.
What does Premium add, and how much is it?
The booking calendar with cancellations and penalties, payments with your own Stripe and invoices from Edvium. It costs €49 a year, the first year is free and there's no commitment.
Does Edvium take a commission on my bookings?
No. You get paid through your own Stripe account and the money goes straight to you. Edvium is not an intermediary; only Stripe's fees apply.
Who can leave reviews?
Only teachers from schools that did an activity with you, once the date has passed. There are no anonymous reviews and none from users without a trip.
Does my Edvium page show up on Google?
Yes. It has its own address (edvium.com/your-company) and is built for search engines, so it's a new way for people to find you.
My company is already on Edvium. How do I manage its profile?
Sign up with your tax ID. If a listing with that ID already exists, we'll email you so you can claim it and manage it yourself.
